Refund policy

PERSONALIZED MAGNETS are made to order, we do not offer returns but will be happy to remake your magnets for you within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a remake, you will need to email pictures of your damaged product along with your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at memoimprints@outlook.com. 

Once reviewed and accepted for a remake, you will receive a new order confirmation for the remade pictures.
